CP & Sanitary fittings:
All Bathrooms fittings are KOHLER/Roca/Duravit/Delta/Equivalent. Western style Wall hung WC, Diverter & Counter top washbasin for all Toilets

Painting:
Interior putty with plastic emulsion and Exterior putty with weather coat and Texture finish.

Doors:
Hard wood with polish finish for Front door and Panelled/Flush doors for inside doors as per Architectural drawing.

Windows:
UPVC Framed windows with MS Grill as per Architectural drawing.

Electrical Items:
All wires are Finolex/Equivalent and all modular switches are Schneider/Equivalent. A/C Point in All Bed Rooms, Cable TV in Living & Master Bed

Generator Back up
Lights & fans in all rooms, A/C Point in Master Bed.
